All 1500+ plants are tucked in for the winter. We toiled back and forth regarding covering, but after last year’s severe winter where so many beautiful farms lost so many incredible plants, the trend is toward covering. Sticking with our environmental roots, covers are re-purposed lumber covers from local lumber yards(typically landfilled), and they are held in place by >3000 brick from a great family in the Jeffersonville area that saved 1000’s of bricks from being landfilled. Super neat people re-purposing a former feed mill into their home with a railway running through their yard commissioned by Edison. This journey has added many stories along the way.
