We have 3 goals at Lavender Trails:
1) Do something that is good for the environment
2) Do something that benefits our community
3) Have FUN doing it!
It is for these reasons that Lavender Trails is excited to announce the opportunity for 5-6 organizations to receive 1/2 of all gate fees collected! As teachers ourselves and advisors of clubs, we know how difficult it is to raise funds to benefit the educational opportunities you wish to provide your students. With this there is no selling , delivering, collections... just get the word out to your supporters to come to the festival.
Who is eligible? - Non- Profit student / education focused groups
How it works:
1) Fill out and submit the form below via email or US Mail *
2) If selected, you will have a 2'x4' area (sandwich board) to decorate and inform visitors about your needs.
3) Attached to the board, a tube will collect tokens/donation that people wish to support you with.**
* Chosen organizations will be contacted in early April. Fundraising groups will need to create and drop off a portrait 24 x 36 inch promotional poster by June 1st to Lavender Trails.
This will be on display the day of the event.
** Checks will be sent to the organization by Aug 1st.
